If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Instead of a cash refund, we provide a store credit (gift card) equal to the order value, minus a 2 KWD return shipping fee to cover the cost of collecting the item.

If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the return shipping fee will not be charged.
